ABOUT ELMER FLOYD
Mr. Floyd is a proud United States Army Veteran and served as the City of Fayetteville, Human Relations Director for 28 years. He has successfully represented District 43 for 6 terms in the North Carolina House of Representatives.

As a Carolina native, he is passionate about ensuring quality of life for the residents of Cumberland county. He has sponsored and co-sponsored legislation for the improvement of education, infrastructure, job creation, healthcare, and environmental protection.
